The control system calculates the runout according to the real eccentricity data collected.
The equipment adopts the international advanced floating measurement algorithm to complete the workpiece runout quantity acquisition, and its basic principle comes from the research of "three-dimensional rigid body motion in space".
The system obtains the new theoretical centre line (comparison axis) of the workpiece by means of sensors (comparison sensors).
The true runout data of the theoretical centre line of the straightening sensors is calculated from the positional relationship of the sensors and their respective runout values (due to the confidentiality of the algorithm, this can only be described from the point of view of the basic principle, and the algorithm is currently a mature and advanced international algorithm).
