Automatic straightening method

The automatic straightening machine is the point calibration mode. 

Each group of detection sensors corresponds to a measurement point, and there are many workpieces of different lengths.

The detection sensors are abstract into multiple spatially distributed points and sent into the automatic calibration machine control system. 

The system corrects these sampling points so that the specified measurement benchmarks meet the requirements of the calibration software.

The material and structure of the support block and the pressure head block are designed according to the specific situation of the workpiece, 

which can only meet the needs of the workpiece, and belongs to the category of vulnerable parts.

The control system uses the detected shape data to adjust the straightening parameters in real - time. If the sensor detects that a certain part of the workpiece still has a large bending degree after a round of straightening, the control system will increase the straightening force or adjust the position of the straightening tools for that part. This adaptive control mechanism ensures that the straightening process is efficient and accurate, and can continuously optimize the straightening effect until the workpiece meets the quality standard.
