Hydraulic Straightening Machine
Truss loading and unloading process:
1. Equipment start.
2. The manipulator of the truss moves along the X-axis to the top of the workpiece taking material and stops. The downward movement of the Z-axis makes the manipulator grasp the workpiece, and then the upward movement of the Z-axis to the specified height, and then the downward movement of the Z-axis to the floating support of the workbench roller, and then the downward movement of the Z-axis places the workpiece on the floating support of the roller. The manipulator moves upward along the z axis, and then the x axis moves to the waiting position to wait for the machine to complete the workpiece alignment.
3. After the completion of the workpiece alignment, the X-axis moves to the right above the pressing rotation device, the Z-axis moves down to make the manipulator grasp the workpiece, the pressing rotation device is released, the Z-axis moves up to the appropriate height, and then moves along the X-axis until the Z-axis discharge position, the Z-axis drops to the discharge point, raises the Z-axis, and then transfers to the next feeding process.
4. The above action arrangement path needs to be in the same straight line with the loading and unloading mechanism of the truss manipulator, such as the bin and the floating support of the roller, so as to meet the requirements of the manipulator to do x and y two-dimensional movement. Note: Loading and unloading is a complete cycle, which must be started at the upper material waiting position, and can only be carried out after the completion of loading. After the completion of unloading, return to the loading waiting position and prepare to execute the next loading and unloading cycle. The main frame of the equipment is built by H steel, and there are two axes of operation. The horizontal axis is the servo gear rack moving structure, and the upper and lower axis is the upper and lower structure of the servo gear rack. The upper and lower axis servo motor has the holding brake function to prevent power failure and slide. The overall strength of the equipment is high, the operation is stable, and the shaking is not easy.
