The focus of this video is throughput: an automatic tube straightening machine fed by an automatic loading rack, running unattended through a full bundle of tubes. Tubes are singulated, fed through the roller straightening section, measured and discharged to the out-feed rack, with the CNC routing aside any pieces that need a second pass.
Cycle times of 20–90 seconds per tube let the line clear large fabrication batches quickly, and it is rated for Ø5–600 mm diameters and 100 mm–12 m lengths. Long-bed versions carry 5–8 probes for full-length mapping, and a single operator can supervise one or two CNC machines — or several fully automatic lines — while the equipment holds 0.10–0.30 mm/m.
Steel service centers, tube distributors, cylinder makers and construction metalwork plants use this configuration to straighten incoming stock before cutting, turning or welding, protecting downstream tooling and removing the bottleneck at the manual press. The video ends with a counter showing pieces completed during a single unattended run, illustrating how little supervision the line actually needs once the batch is loaded.
