This footage is built around the control panel. The operator enters diameter, length and target runout, starts the cycle, and the screen then shows each stage: the probe sweeping the rotating shaft, a diagram marking the bend locations, and the press head moving to them in turn. Shafts that pass clear to outfeed; the rare piece that cannot be corrected is flagged on screen.
What looks automatic is a fixed logic running fast — read the runout, calculate force and position from the material's stored springback, press once, re-measure, and either release or repeat.
