This clip stays tight on the work area, where a hydraulic press and CNC control correct a bent shaft. After loading, drive rollers spin the part while probes sample the turning surface at several stations and the screen builds the runout profile in real time. The head moves to the worst bend, presses, and holds a metered load. Re-measurement is immediate; the controller iterates — stroke, scan, stroke — until every sampled point clears tolerance, then unloads the shaft to the out-feed.
The closed loop is the whole difference from a manual press: measurement, correction, and verification run inside one controller, which logs before-and-after runout per shaft and rejects parts it cannot bring to target.
