Soft-start roller pressure, wide contact rollers and closely spaced supports distribute force over a longer section, flexing the tube gradually instead of pressing at a single point — the difference between a straight tube and a scrapped one.
Even with the gentle setup, each cycle still takes only 20–90 seconds across Ø5–600 mm diameters, with workpieces from 100 mm through 12 m in length. Sensors read 2–3 points on short pieces and 5+ on long beds; standard thin-wall work straightens to 0.10–0.30 mm/m, and precision jobs such as instrument and sensor tubes reach 0.02–0.05 mm.
Furniture tube, lighting poles, exhaust components, HVAC ducting and ornamental metalwork all benefit — applications where surface finish and cross-section shape matter as much as straightness itself. The camera follows one delicate tube from in-feed to discharge, showing the gradual flexing action and confirming that the finished section rolls free with no kinks, flat spots or roller marks.
